Is it possible to view unmapped status on the board or active sprint?

Hello,

Is it possible to view unmapped status on the board or active sprint? Currently, I have few statuses which are not mapped. Which we are unsure to add to which column. I was thinking if we can add a hidden column so that it will be mapped to some column and still visible on the board.

The whole point of unmapped status is that they do not appear in any column.  If you want a status to appear on a board, map them to a column.
