At last bill, i have to manual pay the subscription fees. I'm not sure that my account is auto recurring payment or not, please help to check.

You should take this to Atlassian support (here, you've landed with the Community, who are people here to talk about Atlassian, most of us have no access to the billing systems of Atlassian)

If you go to https://support.atlassian.com/contact and select "billing, payments, and pricing" on the first question, it should go to the right people quickly.
