Is possible add images in a email body?

Hello

I´ve a automation rule with smart values that send an email with comments but the images returns only the name "!image-2021-09-15-11-35-52-153.png|thumbnail!". Is possible that I can send the images too?

with plugin "Better PDF" is possible add images in a PDF file, but no in the body mail so it works for me.

Did you try to use html for your image? E.g. if you have uploaded it somewhere, try something like this:

<img src="https://somewhere.com/myimagefile.jpg">

But I use an internal Jira server and the recipient is a customer out of the network so the customer can´t acces to the url.
