Is possible open screen as "modal" in some transition ?

Hello,

Is possible to open a screen using like a modal to user fill some fields between a transition ?

Is possible use JMWE in this case ?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community. 

You can add screens during the transition by editing the workflow. Once inside the workflow, click on the transition you want to add screen to, click on Edit, Select screen and add the one you want from the drop down:

I think what you're looking for is called a "Transition Screen" which is assigned to a transition as part of a workflow.
