Is remote issue linking available in JIRA on demand?

I am trying to set up remote issue linking to create links to another instance of JIRA (download). Is it possible? If so, what has to be set to enable this?

Hi Paul,

I am afraid it's not possible to do so in On Demand as we have certain restricted if you're running on OnDemand.

In order to configure Remote Issue Linking you need to have System Administrator function, and I am afraid it's not available on On Demand,even to users with administrator permissions, for now.
