Is system.top.navigation.bar and sidebar the same thing?

I was following a documentation about getting a Hello World App.

Based on the instruction the app location is

location": "system.top.navigation.bar

Is this the same thing as the sidebar?

In Step3 dot 8 is a screenshot.

I do not find this screenshot sidebar in my jira.

Hi @mat jung 

You're using the New Navigation UI, so the Menu bar is on top as shown. Previously it was on a sidebar but that has changed. So basically they mean the same thing.
