Hi @Nannette Mori

there are other asset solutions such as STAGIL Assets that are completly accessible without Jira Service Management - even in free or standard plans.

Hi @Nannette Mori 

 

This field type come from Insight for JIRA that is now include in JSM solution.

Base on the marketplace page of the app you can install it on Jira Software
