Is the best practice to link 1 EPIC on JIRA to 1 Product Requirements Page on Confluence?

We've just begun using Confluence and I'm migrating all requirement to Confluence.   

It it normal practice to link every Epic on JIRA to a single Product Requirements page in Confluence?    The documentation seems to imply that.
