Is there a ConfiForm field that allows users use "Visual Editing" for Jira task creation?

Visual editing, Rich text, whatever it is. I know that with the escapeJSON virtual function users can use the "Text" editing coding to apply bullets and paragraphs etc. But is there a field or macro that will allow the user entering the description to utilize the "Visual editing" feature of Jira when inputting  a form?
