Is there a JIRA plugin available to use in yaml file to create JIRA issue

I need to create a JIRA issue through YAML file< i hope plugin helps to create the issue, Please let me know is there any plugin available to use that in yaml file to create JIRA issue.

I want use that plugin in my code as similar;

sequence:
commands:
- configuration:
DeployDRFlag: 'false'
Remedy-Ticket: ${option.REMEDY_TICKET_NO}
nodeStep: false
type: com.s.rundeck.plugins.workflow.RemedyTicketValidationWorkflowStepPlugin

You can convert YAML file to JSON.

JSON file are easy to import in Jira.
