Is there a difference in webhook configuration for Jira Server products vs. Jira Cloud?

We're having issues configuring an integration with Jira Server, where the webhook is failing to fire. The same configuration works fine with Jira Cloud instances.

We have checked that the correct IP addresses are given access in the Server instance, but more than anything are curious that we might have missed some key differences in setup for Jira Server.

Anyone know of anything that might be glaringly obvious that we've missed? Are there key differences in what you can get from the webhook?
