Is there a graphical presentation of the user management in the cloud

Being new in cloud environment as a organisation admin, i read the managing users information.

So it is a little bit confusing for me.

I there a graphical presentation available to see

• the hierarchy of 
  • Organisation - site - product ...

with also a clear description of the different roles wich are related to each hierary level

This overview in one page would help me a lot

We also are not using Atlassian Access so what's the difference in 

- Using Atlassian Access

- Not using Atlassian Access
