Hi everybody , for several weeks we experienced very strange behavior when using tempo.
We planned a task on a ressource and we double check that it is correctly displayed on "planning", but after a while (difficult to know when ) if we come back and have a look, for unknown reason, the task could have been moved to another starting date or worse could have been switch to another ressource ...
At the begining we tought it was a bad drag & drop which make this happens, but the exemple today, the task has been moved to a ressource who can't work on this project ...
I didn't find any logs to follow what or who has been able to make this occurs ... does it exits , and if yes could you tell us where ?
so, who can help us to investigate on this very strange behavior ?
Thanks in advance for your help
Regards
Hi @RLEB
Can you please create a ticket for this in our Tempo Support system, https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6, so we can better investigate this.
Screenshots and an expample plan where you have seen this happening might be helpful.
Best regards,
Susanne Götz
Tempo team
Hi @Susanne Götz _Tempo_ Thanks for your feedback, I will create this asap,
Does it exists a chat to communicate quickly or there is no other way than using support portal
I will add screenshots, but the issue is not simple to describe easilly, I think Tempo logs will be very useful to understand what happens if it exists
If needed I can easily create a teams meeting to share and show you

Hi @RLEB
All our support is handled through tickets in our support system.
We might also not be able to solve this via a web meeting as we have not seen this problem before and have not had any other reports of this and might need to check the logs for your instance.
Best regards,
Susanne
