Hi @Sandra Arday , Automation does not change the workflow. It can automate trasnsitions within a workflow or otherwise edit an issue. Can you please explain your goal?

I want issues created in the service desk project to be cloned in a software project using element copy ad sync

Hi @Sandra Arday , you can certainly clone issues using native Automation. However,I am not familiar with the Element copy and sync add-on. As such, I cannot advise you there. You may wish to reach out to their support.
