Is there a report that compares historical sprint to sprint to show performance

Is there a report that compares a historical record of sprint to sprint to show performance? For example, Sprint 1 had an overage (carry over) of 5 points, Sprint 2 had an underage (completed everything and added more points) of 2 points, Sprint 3 had an overage of 6 points, etc. I am not seeing this type of report in Jira - is there one?

Welcome to the community.

There is not a report that specifically charts that information, but the Velocity Chart will show you the Committed vs. Completed values for the last 7 sprints.
