We are on Jira Data Center. A Structure board was created. Is there a way to let user to set their own notification preference on Structure Memo updates? They could opt-in to get notification when structure memo is updated.
Structure doesn't have functionality for sending notifications. And since memos are local items created inside a structure, it's not possible to track the history of their changes. I'd recommend to restrict the access of users to the structure - for example, you can only give the View permission to users who are not supposed to edit anything there - to ensure that no one makes any unwanted changes.
