Is there a way for someone to receive notifications on all changes for tasks in a project without needing to add them as a watcher to each individual epic and task??

Hi Kristine,

Another option is to create a dashboard with an Activity Stream gadget connected to the project. Then every user can go see all of the updates at their leisure as often or as little as they like. And they don't have to deal with TONS of emails.

Yes, you can name them (or better, a role or group they are in) in the notification scheme for all events they should be emailed about.
