Is there a way of grouping status on the two dimension filter statistic gadget?

This is the current table generated

But I want it to add open, in progress and reopened together so that there is 1 value instead of 3 and the same with Staging deploy testing and ready for live.

for example
Status    Project 1   Project 2   Project 3 etc

That is not possible with the built-in gadget.  The Atlassian Marketplace may have a gadget for purchase to do so...or...

A work-around would be to:

• add a single-select, custom field to summarize/roll-up your status values
• add an automation rule to set the custom field when the issues transition status
• change your gadget to report on the custom field

I recommend discussing this with your Jira site admin first, as adding a custom field for this type of reporting may not be ideal, and the marketplace option could be better.

This is not possible using the default jira gadget, you may want to look for some marketplace app which will allow you to do so.
