Is there a way or an add-on that would allow me to have row for each issue-link combination?

Is there a way in Jira or an add-on that would give me a view or export where I would have a row for each issue-link combination? For example I have one issue with three links so I would get three rows, each one with the issue information and one of the links (preferably with some information from that linked issue, too).

@SSchoepel After you write the required JQL in the search results just add the Linked Issues field to the screen using columns and export using CSV current fields and the results should look like this

Hope this helps!!

That's helpful for something else but I'm looking for a row per issue and link, not a column per link.

Yeah I might be wrong but as far as I know I dont think there are add-ons that can put the links in rows.
