Is there a way that my summary should auto populate the task or task should get attached

Is there a way that my summary should auto populate the task or task should get attached based on a word in summary. 

When i use a word in summary it should attach the template task to it everytime i create a new ticket in JIra

If you are using JIRA Server, this option can be achieved by implementing javascript using ScriptRunner for JIRA as mentioned by Nick in the following question:

If you are using JIRA Cloud, you can use Automation for JIRA Cloud to automatically update fields based on other the summary once the issue is created.
