Is there a way that we can automatically apply the change of url to all links in JIRA

Actually our CodeBeamer url have changed.

Old : https://de01-intland-03

to

New : https://codebeamer-03

I think many are using CodeBeamer links in JIRA.

With the above change all links will become broken.

Is there a way that we can automatically apply the above change of url to all links in JIRA.
