Hi Juanita,

I've searched for features related to your question, but there is nothing related to adding options on "More button".

Also, the custom fields are applied to a project and only administrators can modify the custom fields, so if it was possible to add this ability to the "More button", not everyone would be able to make changes.
The best option, in this case, is going directly on custom fields' page to configure the field, since it will be applied to the project.
