Is there a way to audit to outgoing Notifications?

Hello Community,

I have a user (it's the account owner actually) that is receiving WAY too many notifications in what seems like random order. I can't really find a rhyme nor reason why he's getting certain notifications (on tickets he isn't a watcher, projects he hasn't glanced at in forever, transitions where I can't find a post function that points to notifications to admins or the like).
It's not convenient for him to forward the emails to me each time one arrives.  Is there a way to get a log of the sent notifications over the course of a week?  Maybe one where this user's email is the target? I'd like to comb message by message at this point to find the common thread.

Hi @Rosa M Fossi,

you can try the Notification Helper within the Admin-Menu in the issue detail view. Maybe this can give you some clues.

I don't think there is a way to log the notifications that were send out.

Thanks Bastian.
I tried the helper, but the issue is that it is happening from 7 or 8 projects and I'd have to go permission by permission (and issuetype within each!).  It's not ideal, and would take significantly more time that I have available :(
