I named my Jira site after the first client to use it. Since then I have added other clients and want to rename the site in a more generic way. Can I do that?

Thank you, that worked. Oddly enough the import from the original site didn't work 100% so I've got to get Atlassian involved to decode the error message.

The new page is:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/changing-the-cloud-instance-url-address-or-migrating-to-a-new-cloud-instance-691011835.html

Renaming existing sites depends on eligibility criteria, but anyone can always spin up a new Cloud site, and migrate their Jira projects and/or Confluence spaces across.
