Is there a way to create a JQL filter that identifies when a linked issue was created?

I want to know if a linked issue (is cloned by) was created AFTER the story was marked complete.

Hi @Cindy 

I do not believe that is possible with JQL.

You could instead create an automation rule, triggered on issue create, which checks the link type to inform you.
