Is there a way to create a template project which would have a timeline already created ?

I would like to be able to initialize new projects based of a template where, once I create the new project, there are already a few epic/stories/tasks in the roadmap with the proper links and timeframes already present.

Is it possible ?

I could use the API if it's the only way but would rather have something available from the web UI.

Hi @TP ,

With Deep Clone for Jira you can clone entire company-managed Jira projects, along with issues, issue links, settings, components and versions.

I am not sure how you defined your timeframes, but you can clone worklogs with Deep Clone. 

Unfortunately, we cannot clone project boards at the moment, but we recommend this workaround to setup the project board as fast as possible from a template board.
