Hello, I am looking into the use of Jira's Request forms for a Software Project currently in the works. I was wondering if that was a possibility given that it was a Software project & not a Service Desk project? If so, great. If not, I was wondering if there was a recommended solution to be put in place in order to route a JSD project into a Software Project?
No, requests are a function of Service Desks, you can't get them for non-Service Desk projects.
Generally the route to development is for a customer to raise a request, the Agent realise it's something that needs development and use "create linked issue" in the development project.
