Is there a way to customise the columns used for Issues in Epic?

I am looking for a way to configure the columns of Issues in Epic as it can be done for sub-tasks, i.e. an epic solution similar to jira.table.cols.subtasks. Is there a possibility?

If I understand your request, you are looking to be able to customize the columns that appear when looking at an Epic issue type in regards to the list of issues in that epic.  I do not know of a way to customize this yet within Jira.  However there is an existing feature request for this in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-14705

I would recommend watching this for updates and voting on this if this is something you want to see in Jira.

I was looking through that ticket when I came across this user comment.

It appears that a 3rd party vendor, Exocet, appears to offer a plugin to Jira that might be able to customize this display today.  I have not used this, but it might be one way to customize this view.
