Is there a way to display the issue page as it is using the API without writing any HTML code?

Hello, I'm currently developing a custom plugin for our work environment. 

(FYI I am a newbie to web development.)

To make my question easier to understand, I'll explain it in the Structure plug-in screen.

In structure (or bigpicture),  when clicking an issue in the left panel, the same issue page as the one provided by JIRA appears in the right panel. (Red box of attachment file)

Similar to this, I want to create a panel that displays the issue page as it is.

The question is, is there a Atlassian Java API that renders the issue page?
