Is there a way to ensure Time Tracking is always there when I create a new project and I am adding a task or sub task?

Every time I create a new project and then go to add a task, or sub task the fields for Original Estimate and Time Remaining are not there. I then need to go in and add them to the project screen in order for them to show. Is there a way I can make them default so I don't have to do this each time ? This is what JIRA tells me when I ask ''wheres my field?''

Not sure if this will work but have you tried updating the 'Default Issue Screen' ?
