Is there a way to extract a dashboard graph from JIRA WM into PowerPoint, keeping it dynamic?

The PDFs can be generated not only from issues, but also from dashboards! It means that you can send the PDF export of a dashboard as email attachment on your preferred schedule.

Therefore:

1. If you can develop a little automation that reads the mailbox and converts the email attachment into an object in PowerPoint, then you have a working solution (at cost of some coding)!
2. If the daily email can replace the daily updated PowerPoint, then it is actually a very simple solution with no coding.
