Is there a way to flag a comment in the JIRA Issues?

My team needs to flag the particular comments on a jira issues so that we can easily list out all the important resolutions that has been made to resolve the issue. Is there any option in JIRA to do so?

Dear @sai,

apart from what Nic already wrote, you could start your flagged comments all with an emoticon. If you have enabled Wiki style for comments a bunch of icons is available. 

And if this isn't enough try this free plugin.

I can't think of any way you could do that.

The best I can do is asking your users to copy the links to the comment into a dedicated open-text field.

If you're willing to write an add-on though, I do thing this could be done.
