Hi @Prajwal Ashok Nagrale 

Issue Types are associated to projects using Issue Type Schemes. So you need to do check all those schemes where that issue type is being used.

You can create more issue types based on your needs like for Test Management you can create Test Case or Test Campaign. Again this needs to be done from Jira Administration section. You can then add these fields to the relevant Issue Type Schemes.
