Is there a way to get time reporting for billable work?

I am new to Jira and Confluence. We are an ISV.  Most of our work is not billable because it is work on the software we sell.

However, some of our work is custom billable work.  I assume I can add issue fields to track the fact that an issue is billable and which customer the issue is for.  We have Jira time tracking enabled.  Is there a way to get a report at the end of the month showing how much billable work was done for each customer?

If I can't do this all within Jira or Confluence, is there an add-on that will do this for me?

you could have look at Exply add-on, where you can create custom reports to show you all billable times, categorised by customer, project, team, etc.
