Is there a way to have multiple teams in an Agile project and have them seperated on reports?

Right now we have different sprints for each team (one project) that run at the same time, but we would like to see them in reports as separate.  Velocity reports would be viewed for team 1 and another for team 2.

Would you consider having separate boards for each team? You could then have separate reports.

You'd just somehow differentiate team 1's issues from team 2's issues and set up filters based on that. Eg. a custom field or a label.
