Is there a way to know who archived a version in a project? How would you do this? Where would I find this info?

Hi @Maria Burrows

If you are an admin of your instance, you can access the Audit Log page, see this doc

and you can search for the release information.

I did a test in my instance and this is what I see after releasing and archiving a version:
