Is there a way to mark sprint goals as completed and record the history of it?

I'm looking for ways to improve the tracking of sprint goals completion.

Currently, we set the sprint goal in Jira before starting every sprint. In order to track the completion history of sprint goals, we have created a confluence page where we have to copy/paste our sprint goals and then mark them as achieved or not. 

Is there an easier way to do this in Jira/Confluence?

We do the exact same thing. I don't think there is any other easy way.
