Is there a way to mass assign Fix Versions/Epic Links etc. in Jira Cloud?

I'm still getting used to Jira Cloud and I can't seem to find a clean way to do this. Any suggestions?

If you are an admin you can do bulk update

Ya so I read that, but I can't find the screen where I can bulk update. I see I have the Global Permission for Bulk Update and I'm the proper User Role, but not sure where theres a multi-select for the issues themselves.
