Is there a way to migrate (from Server to Cloud) only licenced users?

We have a LDAP connection to our Server environment, both confluence and jira. 

this pulls in over 2500+ employees accounts, however only a small portion are licenced and use confluence and Jira Server. the rest of the accounts are used as jira service desk customers 

we then also have a large number of jira internal director users. 

We are looking to see if there is a way to migrate only the licenced users at this time. Does anyone know if this is possible on the migration assistant?

Hi Katy!

Are your groups that allow application access mapped to LDAP?  If so, you may want to select the "Referenced + Groups" option when performing the user migration.
