Is there a way to open a case with a standard document attached

Our PM would like a standard template automatically attached to each new issue when it opens- can this be done?

Hello,

Natively in Jira it is not possible to add an attachment automatically, so you would want to look into an add-on with scripting capabilities that could run from a post function.
