Is there a way to reorder the right panel?

I want to make it so the Development field on the right panel from the Bitbucket integration appears higher in the ticket.

It will add the Development status to the main panel, but it doesn't have useful Bitbucket links like "Create Branch" or related commits/pull requests. I want to be able to make the Development panel on the right to appear higher.
