Is there a way to see the boards of different teams without link in the project

T R Vinod Kumar October 14, 2024

For example there are 8 teams in our project. I need to check the boards at one place in the project. Generally link will be shared to see the board without sharing the link. Is it possible?

If yes whom have the access to see all boards at single place.

Example :

UAT, Production etc.., teams are there . Admin need to see UAT, Production boards Kanban/Scrum at Jira admin page

Hi @T R Vinod Kumar

Use Plans as suggested by @Valerie Knapp

Or create a dashboard with all relevant information.

Boards all are unique and based on a filter, that show the related Jira issues. Different board all have an ID and so have their unique link (URL).

Or create a board that is baed on a filter that combines all information from all other boards.

Hi @T R Vinod Kumar , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question.

I have understood you have a project with 8 boards and you want to able to see them all at once? I'm not sure what you are trying to achieve. Would it be possible in Timeline or a Plan to see all of the work and then filter by the team you want to see?

Please can you share a screen (anonymised is fine) so we can understand a bit better your configuration?

Cheers
