I have a team member who is asking if there is a way to see which account left feedback on a CSAT. They claim that in one survey, the agent received a 1-star. However, when our support team reached out to the person who reported the issue, that person said they never left a survey or a survey value.

It is the reporter who receives the email notification for the CSAT, so only the Reporter can fill it out.
