Is there a way to separate "project admin" and "create a new fix version" permission in Jira cloud?

For example, there is a project with several project admins (they all need it to edit project role membership, project components etc.). But we would like to limit the people who can create "new fix versions" in the project.

You can not separate version creation from other admin permissions.
