Hello,

Is there any way to set counter to an issue.

e.g.

Let's say that we open new issue, once we find the same issue with another scenario i would like just to increase the counter, without opening new issue which will be a dup.

Thanks,

Roman

There is no field of type counter. You could consider creating a custom field called say "Instances" or whatever of type number field and simply increment it manually. I was thinking that you might be able to hijack the "Vote" field as it is like a counter. However, after thinking about you only get one click per user so that won't work.

Thanks!

I'll try the custom field.

Here is an open request along those lines that you may wish to vote upon to help encourage its implementation: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-34509
