Is there a way to turn off Jira Labs, by default, for new user accounts?

Our company would like to use the older way of viewing SCRUM and Kanban issues. Is there a way to turn off Jira Labs for new accounts?

Just be aware that at some (unspecified) time in the future, Atlassian will probably get rid of the "old UI view". It may be useful for some people in your company to get used to the new UI view, so that when the "switch off" happens, there is some expertise around using the new view
