I'd like to be able to view the Options, specifically, Conditions, without having to enter into Edit mode.... is this possible?
Plug-in? something?
Hi @Dan Long,
I'm afraid the short answer there is no. The only way to see workflow configuration details is to get into the settings.
Hope this helps!
The most you can see without editing the workflow is in text mode. Here you can click on the transition and then see its conditions and post functions. However, you will only see the top level entry. If this question is about getting an idea, that might already be enough. But further details of each condition or post function can only be obtained in Edit mode.

:-( Unfortunately for me, it's not enough information; not to mention, you'd need to be a Project Admin to be able to get to that menu.
The reason for question is that we regularly have many users ask, "why can't we transition this ticket". We have a Confluence page that we document the requirements but I guess no one reads it (I know... don't get me started on THIS problem). I was hoping that if at least the users can see the workflow Conditions then we'd stop getting the pinged on the question.
