Alot of our technicians are resolving issues in the field with no internet access using the mobile app. We use Issue checklist frequently.
Any fixes for this or a work around that anybody has found?

Issue Checklist does not support offline mode.
As far as I can see, Jira mobile itself does not support it, too, so I suspect plugin developers might have no way to support it anyway.
