Is there a way we can default values in issue reminder fields whenever new issue is created in jira?

Would like to set default values for the fields in issue reminder in Jira when I create a new issue.Is that posiible?

Example: When a new issue is created, I want the the following fields to be pre populated:

Summary: Time to update

User: Assignee

Cron Expression: 0 9 * * 3,5

Is this possible?

Reminder field is not available for bulk edit. May be you can write a script runner script to create bulk reminders.
