Is there an Atlassian online Connector for Visual Studio?

As a PM, JIRA Agile online isn't customizable enough for my needs and lacking a fundamental view for parent/child relationship in a tree structure (unless in my hours of research I'm not finding it...)  I need the functionality that Visual Studio provides but it looks like the Cloud Connector isn't available.  Is this feature in the works or even planned in the backlog?

I am not sure if this plugin would help you or not solve your issue.   I am assuming you are trying to build hierarchy of issues across projects.
